If you see that your transfer was declined, please consider the following:
- Check if the current limits of your wallet are not exceeded. To do this, please visit your wallet's settings and enter the 'Limits section'. Additionally, consider the limit we have for a single SEPA transfer - it's half of your wallet's overall outgoing transfer limit (e.g. if you have a 10 000 EUR overall transfer limit, the maximum amount transferrable with a single transfer is 5 000 EUR).
- Check if the details for the transfer are provided correctly (IBAN, BIC code, Country)
