If you want to increase the limits of your Genome wallet, you will need to sign into your account via the desktop version or mobile app.
Mobile version:
Please log into your Genome app, press on your initials in the top-left corner, and choose "Limits" in the menu. After that, please click "Increase limits" as it is shown in the visual instructions, and fill in the required information.
Desktop:
In order to increase the current limits of your wallet, please log into your account via the desktop version of Genome via the link my.genome.eu, click on "Settings" on the sidebar, then choose "Limits" and click "Increase limits" as it is shown in the visual instructions below:
As the first step, you will need to confirm that you take full legal responsibility for all the activity inside the account, use the account exclusively for your personal needs, and do not act on behalf of a third person.
Note: Please press "Yes" if you are the owner and the user of the wallet.
In the following step, please provide your source of funds. Choose only the options that are applicable to you. If you chose Sale of own real estate, Loan/Borrowed funds, or Lottery/Betting, please also indicate the Sale/Loan/Lottery amount. Afterwards, press "Next".
Note: Please select "Individual activity" only if you are officially self-employed (working for oneself as a freelance or the owner of a business rather than for an employer)
In the next step, please provide information about your employment status and press "Next":
Note: The choice of employment status will be given according to the chosen source of funds in the previous step.
Employee/Worker - a person employed by a certain company and getting a salary as an income
Self-employed/Freelancer - working for oneself as a freelancer rather than for an employer, income identified as an individual activity
Owner of the company -a person who owns a company and receives a salary or dividends from their business activity
Student - currently a student, income identifies as a scholarship, savings, or salary (if the student is employed, then the status needs to be provided as "Employee/Worker")
Retired - currently retired, income identifies as pension or social benefits (savings, income from family members may also be applicable)
Unemployed - a person without a job, income identifies as savings, income from family members
In addition, if you choose that you're Employee/Worker, you will need to indicate your Employment Position and Field of activity. If you selected that you're Self-employed/Freelancer or Owner of the company, you will need to indicate the Field of activity.
In the last step, please indicate your expected income and press "Next".
Congratulations, you are all set! Please note that the limit increase application will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Note: timeframe might vary according to the demand of the request.
