Why my Genome card wasn't issued?

Please keep in mind that the activation of the virtual cards cost 1 EUR and the delivery of the physical cards 8 EUR.

Your card orders can be failed, if  you do not have enough balance in your wallet to cover the fee for the cards. Therefore, please top up your wallet with enough funds so your card order would be completed and your card issued. You can check the pricing for our cards on our website here.

Note. If the top-up is not received within 5 calendar days, the card order rejects automatically. Therefore, in case of top-up after 5 calendar days expire, you would need to repeat the order again.
