How to order a Genome card?

Both Genome virtual and physical cards can be ordered on our website and via our mobile application. 

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that Genome virtual card costs 1 EUR and physical card 8 EUR, therefore please make sure that you have enough funds in your wallet before trying to order a card. What is more, please note that if the order fee is not covered within 5 days, the order of the card will be automatically rejected.

• Desktop version:

1. Log in to your Genome wallet on our website, on the left dashboard of the main screen choose "Cards" and click on "+" sign next to the Genome cards on the top of the dashboard.
2. On the new page choose the card you wish to order, either a virtual or a physical card. In the following example, a physical card will be chosen.
3. On the new page please choose the default EUR account and any other accounts in different currencies you wish to link to your card where the funds will be taken from for your card payments.
4. On the next page please enter the cardholder's name, phone number and card delivery address. In case you choose to order a virtual card, you do not have to enter a delivery address, just a cardholder's name and phone number.
5. On the last page, you will be shown the current pricing for the card type chosen (physical or virtual) and you have to agree with our Card Terms before you can finalize your card order.

• Mobile application:

1. Please choose "Cards" at the top of the main screen in iOS or at the right bottom corner on Android.
2. On the new screen, you should see an option to add a new card.
3. After clicking to add a new card, you will be able to choose what type of card you wish to order.
4. After choosing the card type, you will have to choose the default EUR account and any other accounts in different currencies you wish to link to your card where the funds will be taken from for your card payments.
5. On the next page please enter the cardholder's name, phone number and card delivery address. In case you choose to order a virtual card, you do not have to enter a delivery address, just a cardholder's name and phone number.
6. On the last page, you will be shown the current pricing for the card type chosen (physical or virtual) and you have to agree with our Card Terms before you can finalize your card order.
