Before placing your order for a physical Genome card, please ensure you've entered the correct and full delivery address, including the right ZIP code, building, and apartment number.

Additionally, if your mailbox has a name on it, please make sure that it is yours. The delivery may be unsuccessful if the mailbox at the indicated address has a different person's name on it.
