If you want to cancel the already executed SEPA transfer, please contact us at support@genome.eu from your registered email address and provide us with the transfer ID of the payment you want to cancel.
The fee for this service is described in our pricing for Personal accounts and Business accounts. If you agree with this fee, please make sure that your account balance is sufficient, in order to proceed with the cancellation. After that, a SEPA cancellation request will be sent to the recipient's bank. Please note, that the transfer will be refunded back only if the beneficiary of the transfer agrees.
Note. Please be informed that SEPA transfers with the status "processing" cannot be canceled.
