Here are the instructions on how to make a regular SEPA or SEPA Instant transfer in your Genome wallet:
- Log into your Genome wallet
- Make sure to switch your wallet from personal to the business one at the top left corner if you would like to send a SEPA transfer from your business IBAN
- Choose the account from which you would like to make a transfer. Please note that you can send SEPA transfers from EUR account only
- Choose the Bank account in the Send to left panel
- Choose a Personal or Business option for the Beneficiary’s type, depending on the recipient account you are transferring the funds to
- Enter transfer details:
- Beneficiary's name - the account holder's name
- Beneficiary's IBAN - the account number
- Beneficiary’s SWIFT/BIC - bank code
- Amount of money you want to send
- Description - transfer purpose
- After that, additional fields will appear. Please also specify:
- Payment date - you may choose the upcoming date; in case of choosing a non-banking day, the transfer will be processed on the next banking day
- Beneficiary's country - choose the recipient's bank country from the list
- Beneficiary's city - the recipient's bank city

Beneficiary's address - the recipient's bank address
- Click Continue and follow the steps below:
- Check the Fee applied and Final amount of the funds that will be deducted from your account;
- Choose the Transfer method: Instant bank transfer or Regular bank transfer;
- If you agree with the fee, click Continue to complete the transfer.
Note. If the receiver bank does not support SEPA Instant, you won't see an option for a SEPA Instant Transfer; only a regular SEPA Credit Transfer option will be available.
IMPORTANT. If your SEPA Instant outgoing transfer was rejected, please try again and select the transfer method 'Regular bank transfer'.
