The sentence “You can receive and make international payments to the following countries” is a bit confusing. Why not rephrase to “You can receive international payments from, and make international payments to, the following countries:”? This'll remove any grey area.
Also, what happens when we receive payments from, say, Singapore or Iceland? We can't open accts that support SGD or ISK, respectively, so to which currency will you convert? And if we have several currency accts, can we select ourselves which currency to exchange to? And if yes, how? :(
