To make an outgoing international transfer, you simply need to log into your business wallet and click the Send button on the dashboard or go to the Transfers menu.
Once you are there, open the web version of Genome or its app and click the Bank transfer option. Select the account from which you want to send a transfer.
Note that this account must be enabled to send and receive SWIFT transfers. Thus, make sure to get the account details for international transfers for this account before proceeding.
Start filling out the beneficiary's details:
1) Beneficiary's name → the exact name and surname of the receiver or company name;
2) Beneficiary's account/IBAN → beneficiary account number. This number can be in both IBAN and non-IBAN format;
3) Beneficiary's bank code type → must be entered SWIFT / BIC or Sort code, depending on what transfer and currency transfer will be made. In some cases, the code will be filled out automatically. Sort code is used only in the UK when making a transfer to the UK account number (not in IBAN format) and in GBP currency; otherwise, the SWIFT / BIC code is always used when making such transfers;
4) Payment currency;
5) Beneficiary's account country- required;
6) Beneficiary's country (optional);
7) Beneficiary's city (optional);
8) Beneficiary's full address (optional);
9) Amount → enter the amount you want to send;
10) Description → purpose of the transfer (max 35 symbols).
