How do I track my international transfer?

You can check the final status of the particular international payment in your wallet - via both web and app versions. If you have any questions regarding the payment, please contact support at support@genome.eu. If your transfer is missing, we also advise that you contact the beneficiary’s bank for more details.

Please note that, at Genome, international transfers are processed within different timeframes based on the chosen method:

• SWIFT transfer: Typically takes 3-4 business days to reach the beneficiary.
• Faster Payments: Usually instant, with rare cases taking a couple of hours.
• CHAPS and TARGET2 payments: Typically executed within 1 business day.
