Why I am unable to upload the documents for verification of my personal wallet?

In order to verify the personal account, you need to use the Genome mobile app or mobile device browser. You can get the QR code or verification link when signing in to your account via the web version of Genome. Please make sure, that your mobile device camera is enabled and fully working.
