In case you get the 'Camera not found' message while passing verification we advise you to:
- check permissions to camera and microphone for Genome app and default browser in mobile phone settings
- make sure to use the full version of the browser during the KYC procedure, the browser should open up in a new window
Note: the verification procedure should be done on a mobile device: web browser of the mobile device or the Genome mobile app.

I need help in passing verification , I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus .Also, I do not live in the Republic of Belarus, I do not have a temporary residence permit (only a visa) . Can I have a payment cabinet in your payment system ?
