In order to complete your Genome wallet's verification, you will need to verify your email address and phone number by entering the verification code that is sent to you. In case you do not receive it, please refer to the following:
- Double-check the details you entered
- Check the spam folder in your inbox for the email with the code
- Make sure you enter the phone number in the international format (e.g. +44***, +370***)
- Ensure that the network coverage is strong
- Restart your phone in order to refresh the network
- Verify that your cellular provider doesn't block the SMS
