Information regarding transfer destinations and amounts

In order to continue using Genome services, you will need to fill out a short questionnaire in your wallet Dashboard via the app or web version of Genome:

Important. This questionnaire will not affect your current wallet limits.

1. Please indicate the countries from which you expect to receive incoming transfers (SEPA for individuals, SEPA and International transfers for business). Once you indicate the region, a list of countries for the transfer destinations will appear. If the destination for incoming and outgoing transfers is the same, please mark it in the field "I plan to make outgoing transfers to the same countries."

2. Please indicate the countries to which you expect to send outgoing transfers (SEPA for individuals, SEPA and International transfers for business). Once you indicate the region, a list of countries for the transfer destinations will appear.

3. Specify the estimated total amount of outgoing transactions you expect per month, calculated in euros (EUR). (individual wallets only).

4. Provide the highest amount you expect to send in a single transaction, calculated in euros (EUR) (individual wallets only).

5. Enter the approximate number of incoming and outgoing transactions you expect each month (individual wallets only).

6. Provide the highest amount you expect to send in a single transaction, calculated in euros (EUR) (business wallets only).

7. Enter the approximate number of incoming and outgoing transactions you expect each month (business wallets only).
