If you want to cancel, clarify, start an investigation, or order the SWIFT copy of the transfer (MT103), you need to contact our support team at support@genome.eu from your registered email address of the business wallet.

When sending us a request, please provide the following information:

• The date of the transaction;
• The amount of the transaction;
• The currency of the transaction;
• The recipient of the transaction;
• The number of the transaction;
• Information that needs to be edited if the request is regarding the clarification of the transaction;
• The reason for the cancellation in cases the request is regarding the cancellation of the transaction.
