How to download a transaction statement? – My Genome Support

To download a statement for your transaction, please refer to the following instructions:

Web version:	Mobile app (available for Android and iOS):
Log into your wallet on my.genome.eu. Go to the Dashboard section on the sidebar. In the newly opened menu, locate your transaction and click on the three vertical dots next to the amount. Afterward, select the Get payment receipt option and wait for it to be downloaded to your device.	Log into your wallet on our mobile app. On the wallet's Dashboard, click on the transaction for which you wish to download the statement. In the newly opened menu, select Get payment receipt and save the downloaded file to your device.
