When will the bank transfer reach my account?

Since Genome currently only supports the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) method, incoming bank transfers are generally processed within 1 business day.

That said, please note that your incoming transfer may be subject to additional reviews by our AML/Compliance team. If your transfer will, in fact, require an additional review, it will be completed within 1-2 business days. Furthermore, please note that in case of a review, our AML/Compliance team may request you to provide additional information regarding the transfer via email.
