How do I convert my funds? – My Genome Support

To convert the funds in your wallet, please first make sure that you have an account in the desired currency added to your wallet. To do so, you can use these instructions. Additionally, please note that we apply a 1% fee for currency conversion inside your Genome wallet.

After you've added your preferred currency account, please refer to the following steps to convert the funds:

Web version:

Mobile app (available for Android and iOS):

Log into your wallet on my.genome.eu.
Go to the Transfers section on the sidebar.
Choose Between accounts in the newly opened menu.
Select the account you wish to transfer the funds from and to.
Enter the amount you wish to convert and press Continue.
Review the transfer details and confirm the transfer by pressing on the Send funds button.

Log into your wallet on our mobile app.
Go to the Transfers section on the bottom navigation menu and choose Between accounts.
Select the account you wish to transfer the funds from.
Select the account you wish to transfer the funds to.
Enter the amount you wish to convert and press Continue.
Review the transfer details and confirm the transfer by pressing on the Send funds button.
