- Double-check that you've entered the phone number correctly. The phone number you enter must start with a country code +XX, e.g., +44. Additionally, a common mistake is putting a zero right after the country code (e.g., +4401...), which will not work.
- Ensure that the network coverage is strong.
- Check if you can receive SMS from other services or people.
- Restart your device.
- Check for any apps or settings filtering or blocking the SMS.
- Insert your SIM card into a different mobile device.
