If your personal identification document has expired, you will need to update it before proceeding with the use of your Genome wallet. To do this, please contact our Customer Support team at support@genome.eu using your registered email address and indicate that you want to update your personal identification document.
Please kindly note that during the process, you will be required to confirm that you have a new document available and can use it to repeat the wallet's verification (KYC). We want to bring it to your attention that we do not require you to attach pictures of your document to the email - you will have the opportunity to update your document during the re-verification process.
