When is the dormant fee applied?

We charge a dormant account fee after 6 months of inactivity of your Genome wallet. Inactivity itself is defined as a lack of transactional activity (receiving or sending payments). The mentioned fee is charged by us monthly until the balance of your Genome wallet reaches 0 (zero) or until you resume your activity.

It is important to note that we apply this fee only if you have funds inside the wallet. The dormant fee is not applied if the wallet is inactive and without funds.
