To change your registered or residential address, please contact our Customer Support team via support@genome.eu from your registered email address. In your email, please indicate your new address and specify whether you’re only looking to change your current residential address or the registered address as well. Additionally, please ensure that the address is provided in Latin letters.
Lastly, if you’ve changed your registered address to that of a different country, please make sure to clarify whether you’ve got a new TIN (tax identification number) as well.
