- If you want to raise a dispute for the particular card payment, first of all, please contact the service provider (merchant) and try to resolve the issue directly with them;
- If the merchant does not agree to make a refund, you can raise a dispute within 3 months from the original date of the transaction via Genome app or via web version:
App: Select the transaction you wish to dispute, click on and select Get help. A window will open where you can select the Transaction dispute section and in the next window select the reason for the transaction dispute.
Web: Select the transaction you wish to dispute, click on three dots and Transaction dispute option will appear.
