Please block your card as soon as you notice that your card was lost or stolen. In order to block your card, please sign in to your wallet via desktop version or the mobile app, choose "Cards" on the left dashboard of the main screen if you are using the desktop version of Genome or choose "Cards" on the main dashboard in case you use the mobile app, click on "Settings" and select "Block card" if you want to temporarily block it. If you are sure, that the card is lost/stolen and it won't be returned back to you, please choose "Report card as lost or stolen".
If you don't have access to your Genome wallet at the moment, please contact Customer Support at email@example.com and report that your card was lost or stolen. After that, due to security reasons, your card will be blocked permanently and you will be able to order a new card.
