If your Genome card has been temporarily blocked for security reasons, please follow the steps described below to unblock your card.
Web version:
- Log into your wallet via my.genome.eu.
- Go to the Cards section on the sidebar.
- Choose the card you wish to unblock.
- Visit the Settings section and click on the Unblock card button.
- Confirm the action by clicking on the Unblock card.
Mobile app (available for Android and iOS):

Log into your wallet on our mobile app.

Go to the Cards section on the bottom navigation menu.

Choose the card you wish to unblock, scroll to the bottom of the menu, and open Settings.

Press on the Unblock card tab.

Confirm the action by clicking on Unblock button.
