What is a payment page?
A payment page is a checkout interface where customers enter the information required to complete a payment.
With Genome's Hosted Payment Page, Genome hosts the payment interface and the merchant connects it to their website. Merchants using direct host-to-host card integration build and control their own checkout instead of using a Genome-hosted payment page.

Which payment methods are available?
Pay by Bank is currently available for approved merchant account holders. It supports SEPA Instant Credit Transfers and standard SEPA Credit Transfers.
Visa and Mastercard card processing is coming soon for eligible, approved low-risk merchants. Approved merchants will be able to use Genome's Hosted Payment Page or direct host-to-host integration, subject to the applicable technical and PCI DSS requirements.

My customer says they have paid, but the funds are not in my settlement account. What should I do?
First, check the payment status in your Merchant Dashboard.
For Pay by Bank, ask the customer to confirm the payment status with their bank if the transfer has not arrived. A bank may delay or stop a payment for verification, or an instant transfer may be completed as a standard SEPA Credit Transfer.
For card payments, once available, authorization and settlement will be separate stages. Funds will be credited according to the settlement conditions configured for your merchant account.
If the payment status is unclear or the expected settlement time has passed, contact Genome Support at support@genome.eu and provide the available payment reference.
How quickly are funds credited to my settlement account?
SEPA Instant payments usually arrive within seconds. If an instant transfer is unavailable, a standard SEPA Credit Transfer may take up to 2–3 business days, depending on the banks and clearing timelines.
For card processing, once available, funds will be credited according to the settlement delay, rolling reserve, and other conditions approved for your merchant account. Genome will confirm these conditions during onboarding.

Card payment processing — Coming soon
Visa and Mastercard card processing is coming soon for eligible Genome merchant account holders. Initial availability will be limited to approved low-risk businesses and will depend on the country of registration, industry and merchant category code, processing currencies, due diligence, risk approval and technical setup.
