What if I am not using the merchant services at the moment?

If you are not using your merchant services at the moment, you can pause payment processing from the Merchant Dashboard. Pausing a merchant account does not close it, and you can reactivate it later.

1. Select the merchant account and open Settings.

   

2. Change the processing status.

   

3. Review the change and confirm your action.

   

Only you can reactivate the merchant account from the Merchant Dashboard.

Card payment processing — Coming soon

Visa and Mastercard card processing is coming soon, initially for approved low-risk businesses. Availability will depend on factors including the country of registration, industry and merchant category code, processing currencies, due diligence, risk approval and technical setup.
