How long does a card top-up initiated outside Genome take?

A top-up of your Genome account by card initiated outside Genome usually completes within about 5 minutes. You will see it in your statement, and the amount will be reflected in your Genome balance shortly after.

From 21 September 2026, a 1% fee applies to these top-ups. The full amount is credited to your account, and the fee is charged as a separate transaction. See Genome pricing for personal and business wallet users. Please note that the fee applies from 1 October, 2026.
