My Card PIN and CVV

In order to see your cards details please follow the instructions below depending on the device you signed in from. 

Desktop version: choose "Cards" on the left dashboard of the main screen, click on "Card info". After that, you will be able to select which information is required for you (CVV2 or PIN), simply click on the icon to show PIN/CVV2. After that, you will receive the code via SMS and will have 60 seconds to enter it.

Mobile app: choose "Genome card" on the main screen and you will be able to see your CVV2 and PIN on the below-displayed card icon. After clicking on the requesting option, you will receive the code via SMS and will have 60 seconds to enter it.
