How to link additional accounts to a Genome card? – My Genome Support

To link additional accounts to your Genome card, please refer to the following steps:

Web version:

Mobile app (available for Android and iOS):

Log into your wallet on my.genome.eu.
Go to the Cards section on the sidebar.
Choose the card you wish to link an additional account to.
Click on the Change accounts button in the Linked accounts tab.
Select desired accounts to be linked.

NOTE: You can link only one account per currency. Additionally, the default currency is EUR and cannot be changed.
To finalize the changes, click on the Change accounts button.

Log into your wallet on our mobile app.
Go to the Cards section on the bottom navigation menu.
Choose the card you wish to link an additional account to and click on Linked accounts.
Select the desired accounts to be linked.

NOTE: You can link only one account per currency. Additionally, the default
currency is EUR and cannot be changed.
To finalize the changes, click on the Save button.
