Fees of Genome business cards

Here is the summary of the fees applicable to the business cards:

Fees applicable to the virtual cards only:

• Virtual card activation fee is 1 EUR for the first 100 cards; 5 EUR from the 101st

Fees applicable to the physical cards only:

• Card issuing fee is 18 EUR (including initial card delivery)

• Card delivery fee (return or resend of a physical card) is 8 EUR

• The second card fee (with delivery) is 10 EUR

• Lost card or replacement (order a new one) fee is 10 EUR

• Physical card activation is free

Fees applicable to both types of cards:

• FX on transactions in other currencies: 2%

• FX on VISA Direct transactions in other currencies: 3%

• ATM withdrawal fee (International) is 1.5 EUR + 2%

• ATM withdrawal fee (Intra EEA) is 2 EUR

• ATM withdrawal fee (Lithuania) is 1.5 EUR + 1% 

• Balance inquiry via ATM is 0.5 EUR

• From 21 September 2026, a 1% fee applies to card top-ups to your Genome account when the top-up is not initiated in your Genome account. The full amount is credited to your account, and the fee is charged as a separate transaction.

Please note that the following fees are free of charge: Monthly card fee, Card order cancellation, Card activation, Sales transaction fee (International), Sales transaction fee (Intra-EEA), Sales transaction fee (Lithuania).
