If you are not receiving email notifications from us please try following these suggestions:
- Check Spam(Junk), Trash, or any other folders that your mailbox contains to make sure it was not sorted by default filters
- Try the search option to look for support@genome.eu, support@mygenome.zendesk.com, or simply Genome
- Check your filters, blacklisted emails in your mailbox settings
- Try sending us test email to support@genome.eu, support@mygenome.zendesk.com and see if you are getting notification of request received
- Simply whitelist our emails support@genome.eu, support@mygenome.zendesk.com
