Not yet followed by anyone
If you get this message, please follow the simple instructions to resolve the issue:
- Tap Forgot? on the Genome sign-in page
- Enter the email or phone number you used for registration
- If you entered the phone number in the previous step, then in this step, you need to enter the e-mail associated with the account and vice versa.
- Enter the code received via the e-mail.
- Enter a new password and press "Change".
IMPORTANT. The password must contain at least 8 characters: one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. The password must be unique, i.e., you cannot re-use a password that has already been used before. - If the email or phone number was not found, please contact our support for help.
Note. The password can be changed via the Genome mobile application by using the guide found here.
