How to recover your password

If you get this message, please follow the simple instructions to resolve the issue:

• Tap Forgot? on the Genome sign-in page
• Enter the email or phone number you used for registration
• If you entered the phone number in the previous step, then in this step, you need to enter the e-mail associated with the account and vice versa.
• Enter the code received via the e-mail.
• Enter a new password and press "Change".
  
  IMPORTANT. The password must contain at least 8 characters: one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. The password must be unique, i.e., you cannot re-use a password that has already been used before.
  
• If the email or phone number was not found, please contact our support for help.
