In accordance with our Terms of Use, clause 19.4, we reserve the right to suspend your Genome account for a period of up to 30 days. This period can be extended if the reasons for suspension continue to exist.
While your account is restricted, you will not be able to engage in any financial activity: you will not be able to perform outgoing transactions from your Genome account, and your incoming transactions will be put on hold or returned to the senders.
After the investigation is completed, you will be separately notified via email about the status of your wallet and future use. You will also be notified in case our AML/Compliance team will require any additional information to complete the investigation.
