We will never do the following. If you experience any of these, it is likely a scam:
| Red flag behavior | This is a scam! Why? |
| Ask for your password, PIN, or full card number | We don’t need this to help you — and we never ask. |
| Ask you to share an OTP (one-time passcode) | OTPs are for you only. We never request them via chat or phone. |
| Send links via email or SMS to log in | Always log in through the official app or website only. |
| Call or text from unverified numbers | We use a known number (visible on the website), or we ask you to call us. |
| Ask you to install third-party apps | We do not use remote desktops or ask you to install anything. |
| Ask you to transfer money to a “safe account” | That’s a common scam — we never ask for this. |
