The transfer to another Genome user can be done both through the browser and through the mobile Genome application by using an email address, phone number, IBAN, or account ID.
Note. Email address and phone number can be used only for transfer to personal wallet. For internal transfers to the business wallet please use an IBAN of the company account, or ID of the currency account (which can be found in "Account details"), in case you wish to transfer USD or GBP.
Genome app:
1. Login to your Genome wallet
2. Choose "Transfers" in the menu below, click "Genome transfers" and select the account you wish to send funds from
4. Provide an email address, the phone number, account ID, or IBAN of another Genome user and press "Continue"
5. Enter the amount, provide payment purpose (required), press "Continue" and confirm the transfer by clicking "Send Funds"
Genome browser:
1. Login to your Genome wallet
2. Choose "Transfers" in the menu on the left
3. Click "Genome transfers"
4. Select the account you wish to send funds from on the left, provide an email address, phone number, IBAN or account ID of another Genome user on the right, and press "Continue"
5. Enter the amount, provide payment purpose (required) and press "Continue"
6. Confirm the transfer by clicking "Send Funds"
