Genome's clients can manage notifications they receive from us. Our clients can enable and disable some notification categories at will, as well as select the channels through which they want to be notified.
The main notification categories are:
- Bank transactions - notifications about incoming and outgoing bank transfers;
- Card transactions - notifications about your card activity;
- Financial - notifications about other financial activities such as currency exchange and fees;
- Wallet activity - important updates about your wallet, such as card or verification status changes;
- Marketing communication - updates about our new features and services. Plus, tips on using Genome.
These can be switched on and off at any time using Genome's web version or app.
You can choose your preferred communication channel: SMS or email, as well as a mobile push notification option for the Genome app. You can switch on one, two, or all three at once.
To manage your notification in the web version of Genome:
1. Log into your account;
2. Select Settings in the left-side menu;
3. Click the Notifications tab;
4. Start managing your notifications — turn your preferred categories on or off, and select your preferred communication channels — SMS or email.
To manage your notification in the Genome app:
1. Open your Genome app;
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner;
3. Scroll down and open the Notifications tab;
4. Start managing your notifications — turn your preferred categories on or off, and select your preferred communication channels — SMS, email, or mobile push notifications.
