If you see that your transaction was declined, please check if:
- Check if the current limits of your wallet are not exceeded. A guide on how to check the limits is provided here.
- Check if the details for the transfer are provided correctly (IBAN, BIC code, Country)
- The transaction might be declined by our relevant department after an additional review.
Note. As a regulated electronic money institution, we are obliged under the applicable laws and regulations, including AML / CFT requirements, to monitor all the transactions going through our system.
Transactions may be subject to additional checks with a requirement to provide us with the supporting documents for the transaction confirming its economic background and benefits gained by the parties to the transaction.
