In order to receive the SEPA transfer to your Genome wallet, you need to provide your account details to the sender of the funds. You can find your account details in Genome mobile app or desktop version.
Sign in to your Genome wallet via desktop version and you will see the option "Account details" on the main screen of your dashboard.
Genome mobile app:
Sign in to your Genome wallet via the mobile app and there will be an option "View details" on the main screen. After clicking on "View details", you will get more options and one of them will be "Account details".
You can find your account details for SWIFT payments on the main screen of your wallet in the section "Top up". On the left side of this option you will be able to see the "SEPA" and "SWIFT", so please choose SWIFT in order to see your SWIFT account details.
In order to receive SWIFT payment, please provide the details of your account to the sender and provide your reference number, as the sender must mention it in the transfer description, in order to process the transfer correctly.
