How can I activate my Genome Physical / Virtual Card? – My Genome Support

A virtual card is activated within 5 minutes after the order. Virtual cards can be used for online payments only.
A physical card is also activated and can be used for online payments within 5 minutes after ordering it. To activate a physical card for purchase at the marketplaces and ATM withdrawals, you need to make a Chip&PIN transaction at any point of sale or just check your card balance at the ATM. Once your physical card is activated by making a Chip&PIN transaction, you will be able to use this card for contactless payments as well. If you do not activate the card within 60 days from the card issuance, the card will be temporarily blocked by us. To unblock your card, you will need to contact us at support@genome.eu.
