How to make SEPA transfer?

Here are the instructions on how to make SEPA transfer in your Genome wallet:

• Login to your Genome wallet
• Make sure to switch your wallet from personal to the business at the top left corner if you would like to send SEPA transfer from your business IBAN
• Choose the account you would like to make a transfer from. Please note that you may send SEPA transfer from EUR account only
• Choose Bank account in the Send to left panel 
• Choose Personal or Business option Beneficiary’s type depending on the type of recipient account you are transferring the funds to
• Enter transfer details: 
  • Beneficiary's name - account holder name 
  • Beneficiary's IBAN - account number
  • Beneficiary’s SWIFT/BIC - bank code
  • Amount of transfer
  • Description - transfer purpose

• After that additional fields will appear. Please also specify:
  • Payment date - you may choose the upcoming date; in case of choosing nonbanking day the transfer will be processed on the next banking day
  • Beneficiary's country - choose the recipient bank country from the list
  • Beneficiary's city - recipient bank city
  • Beneficiary's address - recipient bank address

     
• Click Send and check Fee applied and Final amount of the funds that will be deducted from your account
• If you agree with the fee click Confirm to complete the transfer
