Required documents for the business verification – My Genome Support

In order to pass the business wallet verification, you will need to provide us with the following documents:

- Proof of company registration;

- Proof of shareholders;

- Proof of directorship;

- Proof of ownership;

- Articles/Memorandum of Association.

In cases when registers are closed, and the information about the company, its directors, owners, and UBOs is not publicly available, the documents must be notarized and apostilled. In this case, the document must not be older than 3 months.

Please note that before you can proceed with the verification of your business wallet, you need to verify your personal wallet first if it is not done yet.

Our dedicated Compliance team will guide you through the verification procedure in case of any difficulties. After the verification is successfully submitted you will receive the notification.

Note. If the business application is being submitted not by the company director but by the authorized person (confirmed by POA), please fill in and provide us with a notarized and apostilled/legalized Power of Attorney. You can find a draft attached to this article below.

Important. Companies engaged in betting/gambling activities must fill out and submit an additional Anti-Money Laundering questionnaire. You can find the questionnaire attached to this article below.
