In order to complete the personal wallet verification, you will need to use a mobile device. We highly recommend using the Genome mobile application. You will need to take a photo of your document - passport, identity card, or residence permit.

The actual document you'll be able to use is going to depend on which documents we support - the list of available documents provided during the verification includes only accepted documents.
Please ensure that you do not select the wrong document type in an attempt to bypass this. In addition, the document you use must have a machine-readable zone (MRZ) and security marks. Furthermore, please note that taking a picture of an existing photo of your identification document (e.g., a photo of a computer screen) is strictly prohibited.
1. Before verification, select your document's issuing country and type. Only supported options will be available.

3. If you have chosen an ID card or a residence permit for verification, take a picture of the back of the document.

4. Afterward, complete the identity verification process using your mobile device.

5. Make sure to allow the Genome application to access your device's camera while making the selfie video.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully. Ensure that you are alone while filming the video and follow any additional guidelines provided. |
