Submitting ownership structure for Genome business wallet – My Genome Support

Upon submitting your business documents, you will be prompted with an option to choose the ownership structure of your business.

If you are the direct owner of 100% of the company, select "Yes," and the following steps will be skipped.
If you are not the direct owner of 100% of the company, select "No" and proceed with submitting information about your company's ownership structure.
Please specify your company's ownership structure, including all shareholders (UBOs and legal entities) holding 25% or more shares in each level of ownership, including trustees. If no one meets the 25% criteria, please specify the three largest UBOs or a self-declared UBO.
If you add the individual person as a shareholder, you will be prompted with the option to submit personal information about the shareholder.

Note. If you would like to add yourself as a shareholder, check the box at the top confirming it.
If you choose to add yourself as a shareholder, you will not be asked to submit further personal information other than the percentage of ownership of the company.
If you add a company as a shareholder, you will be prompted to submit information about the shareholder.
If you add the individual person as a trustee, you will be prompted to submit personal information about the trustee.
If you add a company as a trustee, you will be prompted to submit information about the trustee.
If you decide to delete a shareholder or a trustee, you may do so by clicking the button at the bottom.
After submitting all the details, verification typically takes up to 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your account is ready.
